  • Bubbling is an easy, all-in-one super-app for managing your daily life and activities together with your loved ones. You’re managing your lives all together in bubbles. With your household, family, friends, sports club, or business. Each Bubble has access to the different Services, which will help you to tackle one aspect of your daily life and activities.

  • Bubbling is a collaboration app for managing your daily life together. To get the most out of Bubbling, we recommend you to create a Bubble with your loved ones. Once set up, you can seamlessly collaborate using the various Services. Data generated within a Service is stored within a specific Bubble, ensuring all members have access to it.

    Don’t want to share some data with some other Users? Don’t worry, we've set up a Personal Bubble exclusively for you. Only you have access to this Bubble, keeping your data private.

  • A Bubbling Service is like a little package of helpful features all wrapped up and available within the Bubbling app. Each Bubbling Service focuses on making one part of your daily routine easier. With just one account on the Bubbling app, you can dive into all these different services together with your Bubble Members.

    Right now, we've got four services ready to go:

    • Cardit: Think of it as your digital loyalty wallet, ensuring you and your Bubble members never miss out on discounts.
    • Shopit: Your ultimate grocery companion, assisting you in defining what, where, and when to buy.
    • Taskit: Your go-to to-do list, designed to help you organize your daily life efficiently.
    • Chatit: A messaging service tailored to keep you connected with your loved ones seamlessly.

    And guess what? We're constantly working on adding even more services to make your life even smoother.

  • A Bubble is basically a group of users aiming to collaborate effectively by using the different Bubbling Services.

  • Sure thing! Bubbling is totally free to use for its main services. You can easily sign up, create a bubble, and use the Main Services without spending a dime.

Account

  • Bubbling is a great way to structure your daily life.

    Follow the instructions to sign up

    1. Download the Bubbling app in your app store
    2. Open the Bubbling app
    3. Enter your Mobile Phone Number and tap on the ‘Join’ button
    4. Confirm your Mobile Phone Number by entering the code which you have received by SMS
    5. Enter your email address, first name and last name
    6. Define your Bubbling code
    7. Accept the terms

    Great. You can now start using the Bubbling app.

  • If you would like to log in to your existing account, please follow these steps:

    1. Open the Bubbling app
    2. Enter your Mobile Phone Number and choose ‘SIGN IN’
    3. Enter your Bubbling code

    Great. You can now continue using the Bubbling app.

  • To log out from your existing account:

    1. Open the Bubbling app
    2. Tap on your profile picture or avatar in the Bubbling app's main section. You'll find it displayed on screens such as Services, Bubbles, and notifications. If you're currently using a Bubbling Service, you can exit the Service by tapping the home icon.
    3. Scroll down and tap on the ‘log out’ button.
    1. Open the Bubbling app
    2. Tap on your profile picture or avatar in the Bubbling app's main section. You'll find it displayed on screens such as Services, Bubbles, and notifications. If you're currently using a Bubbling Service, you can exit the Service by tapping the home icon.
    3. Tap on ‘Edit’ in the Mobile Phone section.
    4. Enter your old Bubbling code.

    Enter a new Bubbling code.

    1. Open the Bubbling app
    2. Tap on your profile picture or avatar in the Bubbling app's main section. You'll find it displayed on screens such as Services, Bubbles, and notifications. If you're currently using a Bubbling Service, you can exit the Service by tapping the home icon.
    3. Tap on the ‘Manage Account’ section.
    4. Scroll down and tap on the ‘Delete Account’ button.

Shopit

  • Shopit is a Service in the Bubbling application. Your ultimate grocery companion, assisting you in defining what, where, and when to buy.

  • Don't bother with paper shopping lists anymore. Switching to a digital version brings numerous benefits. Items are neatly sorted by category, making your shopping trips much more efficient. Plus, everyone in your Bubble has access to the list wherever they are, allowing for collective shopping desires to be consolidated.

  • Here's how to create a Shopping List:

    1. Open the Shopit Service in the Bubbling app.
    2. Select the Bubble where you want to create the shopping list.
    3. Tap the "+" button.
    4. Provide a name for the Shopping List and choose one or more store types to associate with it.

    That's all! Now you can begin adding items to your Shopping List.

    • Open the shopping list where you want to add an item.
    • Tap on the plus button.
    • Add the item name
    • Tap on done
  • By tapping on the store type, you'll be able to view all available store types. From there, you can select the store type that best matches the item you want to add. Once selected, the new store categories will be displayed.

  • Any items added to the basket will be automatically removed after a period of 2 hours.

  • To delete an item, simply drag it to the left. You'll notice a "delete" text appear, indicating that you can release to remove the item.

  • The Shopping List is linked to a Bubble. This setup ensures that all members of that Bubble can access the Shopping List.

Cardit

  • Cardit is a Service in the Bubbling application. Think of it as your shared digital loyalty wallet, ensuring you never miss out on discounts.

    1. Launch the Cardit Service within the Bubbling application.
    2. Choose the Bubble where you want to include a Loyalty Card.
    3. Tap the + button.
    4. If you're using Cardit for the first time, pick the regions of stores you're interested in.
    5. Enter the name of your loyalty card provider in the search field or browse through the list. If you can't find your provider, select 'Other card'.
    6. Scan the barcode using your smartphone's camera or manually enter your customer number. That's it! You can add up multiple cards from the same store and assign a description for easy identification.
  • The loyalty cards you save are stored within the chosen Bubble. This setup ensures that all members of that Bubble can access those Loyalty Cards, guaranteeing that no one misses out on discounts.

    • Choose the Bubble you wish to view Loyalty Cards for.
    • Tap on one of the added Loyalty Cards.
    • Tap on the barcode to enlarge it.
    1. Choose the Bubble you wish to view Loyalty Cards for.
    2. Tap on the Loyalty Card you want to remove.
    3. Press the delete button.
  • Absolutely, you can do that. Here's how:

    • Choose the Bubble where the Loyalty Card is stored.
    • Tap on the Loyalty Card you want to move to another Bubble.
    • Select the Bubble you want to move it to.
    • Finally, tap on the save button.
  • Yes, it's possible. Here's how:

    • Choose the Bubble where the Loyalty Card is stored.
    • Tap on the Loyalty Card you wish to update.
    • Select the edit button.
    • Scan the barcode using your smartphone's camera or manually enter your customer number.

    That's it!

Taskit

  • Taskit is a Service in the Bubbling application. Your go-to to-do list, designed to help you and your loved-ones organize your daily life efficiently together.

  • Certainly! Users can indeed be assigned to tasks, taking on roles as Owners or/and Performers. Owners have the authority to edit the task, whereas Performers are tasked with completing it. You can assign multiple users to a task, as long as they are all members of the same Bubble.

  • Although a task is connected to a bubble, only members assigned a role can view the task.

  • Subtasks help streamline task management, improve productivity, and enhance collaboration within teams or projects.

    You can include as many subtasks as needed, allowing you to

    1. break a task down into manageable parts effortlessly,
    2. assigning each part to different team members
    3. increase efficiency by enabling parallel work
    4. provide clarity on the specific steps or actions required to complete a task.

    Overall, completing smaller subtasks provides a sense of accomplishment and motivation, encouraging continued progress towards the larger goal.

  • Certainly! You have the flexibility to filter your task lists according to your assigned role, task priority, and/or the associated Bubbles.

  • Projects offer you the ability to categorize tasks related to specific topics, like house renovation or organizing a birthday party. Taskit offers two primary views:

    1. List view: Tasks are sorted based on their due dates.
    2. Project view: Tasks are displayed according to their respective projects for visual clarity.

Chatit

  • Chatit is a Service in the Bubbling application. A messaging service tailored to keep you connected with your loved ones seamlessly.

  • Topics enable you to organize discussion around specific subjects, projects, or events, resulting in more structured communication.

  • Yes, you can move a message from one topic to another allowing you to bring all the relates messages together in one topic.

  • There are two types of rooms:

    • Bubble room: This includes all members of the Bubble. A Bubble room in Chatit is created for every Bubble.
    • Private room: You can create a private room with any member you share a Bubble with.
